Role Overview 

The Training Specialist supports Krista’s Learning & Enablement function by delivering engaging training experiences for partners, clients, and employees. This role focuses on the execution and delivery of training content, ensuring participants build the knowledge and skills needed for success. 

The Training Specialist will collaborate with the Director of Learning & Enablement to deliver curriculum, refine training materials, and provide feedback to continuously improve Krista’s training programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for clients, partners, and employees. 
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires across TAM, Support, and Engagement roles. 
  • Support delivery of partner certification and client author training programs. 
  • Assist in refining and updating training materials, guides, and e-learning modules. 
  • Provide feedback to improve content based on participant experience. 
  • Help ensure training content remains aligned with product updates and best practices. 
  • Track and report participant engagement and outcomes. 
  • Act as a resource for learners with questions or additional training needs. 
  • Partner with internal teams to address knowledge gaps and provide targeted training. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience delivering training in a SaaS, technology, or enterprise environment. 
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. 
  • Comfort delivering training to both technical and executive-level audiences. 
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) 

  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools. 
  • Background in SaaS training, partner enablement, or client success. 
  • Instructional design or curriculum development experience.
