Role Overview

The Engagement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Krista projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is responsible for driving execution across client engagements, building strong relationships with client executive teams, and ensuring project success from kickoff through completion.

The Engagement Manager provides leadership, governance, and accountability across all phases of the project lifecycle. They work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), client stakeholders, and internal Krista resources to align deliverables, manage risk, and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Engagement Leadership

  • Own project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Establish and manage governance structures, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive updates.
  • Drive accountability across clients, TAMs, and internal Krista resources to ensure deliverables are achieved.
  • Manage scope changes, risks, and issues proactively to maintain project alignment and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive-level communication to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

Team & Resource Coordination

  • Partner with TAMs, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Align internal Krista resources to meet project milestones and objectives.
  • Ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to maintain delivery velocity and quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or engagement management in SaaS, technology, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex client-facing projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience engaging client executives.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with workflow automation, AI solutions, or SaaS enterprise platforms.
  • Background in consulting, customer success, or professional services with mid-market or enterprise clients.
