Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a critical role in client success at Krista. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, and client management to deliver successful implementations and ensure long-term adoption of the Krista platform.

The TAM serves as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation, guiding them from contract signature through solution deployment and transition to ongoing support. This role requires a mix of business consulting, workflow design, technical configuration, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing in-depth product expertise and best practices.
  • Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and training with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication and foster strong client relationships built on confidence and accountability.

Project Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process, including Statements of Work, project plans, solution design documents, and status reporting.
  • Drive accountability across both Krista and client teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Manage expectations, track milestones, and ensure project outcomes meet business goals.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Translate client requirements into effective process automation and system orchestration designs.
  • Build and configure Krista Conversations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for additional value creation and communicate them to client leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading software or AI implementations, with proven success in client delivery.
  • Strong project management, business analysis, workflow design, requirements gathering, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled at engaging stakeholders from entry-level to executive.
  • Programming experience and/or technical background with ability to configure solutions.
  • Proactive, client-first approach with strong patience, empathy, and accountability.
  • Time management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines; ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Basic understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions, workflow automation platforms, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Background in consulting or advisory roles with mid-market or enterprise clients.
